BrowZine: What It Is

How to use BrowZine

What is BrowZine?

BrowZine: Academic Journals in a Beautiful, Browseable Format

BrowZine is an app for Apple or Android smart phones and devices that helps you flip through the scholarly e-journals available through Purdue University Libraries. Browzine has sorted Purdue's e-journals into broad subjects and then into narrower disciplines. You can save and organize your most-used e-journals on virtual bookshelves saved to your account. The result is an easy and familiar way to browse through, read, and monitor scholarly e-journals across disciplines.

BrowZine Updates

My Bookshelf Sync

You can sync My Bookshelf and get article alerts on all of your devices - web, iOS, and Android too!

If you use My Bookshelf on BrowZine Web, you will now start receiving new article alerts, just like on mobile. If you make changes to My Bookshelf on any device - add journals, read articles - My Bookshelf will synchronize across the web and all your mobile apps.

BrowZine Web Edition Now Available!

Access to BrowZine Web is now ready! You can access BrowZine by simply going to browzine.com. BrowZine will automatically detect if users are on campus; otherwise you will be prompted to select your library.

Since its introduction, web access has been our number one requested feature and BrowZine Web Edition will open important new ways for researchers to incorporate BrowZine into their workflow from whatever platform they may be using.
