'Oids and Comets Covered in these (and other) Journals

  • Climate
    • Climate (ISSN 2225-1154) is an independent, international and multi-disciplinary open access journal focusing on climate processes of the earth, covering all scales and involving modelling and observation methods. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results as quick as possible and as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. Full experimental and methodical details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced.
  • Climate Dynamics Observational, Theoretical and Computational Research on the Climate System
    • Coverage includes original paleoclimatic, diagnostic, analytical and numerical modeling research on the structure and behavior of the atmosphere, oceans, cryosphere, biomass and land surface as interacting components of the dynamics of global climate. Contributions are focused on selected aspects of climate dynamics on particular scales of space or time. The journal also publishes reviews and papers emphasizing an integrated view of the physical and biogeochemical processes governing climate and climate change.

  • Climate of the Past
    • Climate of the Past (CP) is a not-for-profit international scientific journal dedicated to the publication and discussion of research articles, short communications, and review papers on the climate history of the Earth. CP covers all temporal scales of climate change and variability, from geological time through to multidecadal studies of the last century. Studies focusing mainly on present and future climate are not within scope. It is a publication from the European Geoscience Union.
  • Current Climate Change Reports
    • This journal is focused on the latest research and policy issues in the rapidly-changing and expanding field of Climate Change. Coverage spans a wide range of topics, including Ecological Impacts; Advances in Modeling; Sea Level Projections; Extreme Events; Climate Feedback and Sensitivity; Hydrologic Impact; Effects on Human Health; and Economics and Policy Issues. Expert contributors offer reviews on the latest research, evaluate the efficacy of available options, and discuss special considerations. All articles are peer-reviewed by specialists in the field to ensure accuracy and objectivity

  • Journal of Climate
    • Publication of the American Meteorological Society (AMS). The Journal of Climate (JCLI) publishes research that advances basic understanding of the dynamics and physics of the climate system on large spatial scales, including variability of the atmosphere, oceans, land surface, and cryosphere; past, present, and projected future changes in the climate system; and climate simulation and prediction.
  • Nature Climate Change
    • Understanding the Earth's changing climate, and its consequences, is a scientific challenge of enormous importance to society. Nature Climate Change is a monthly journal dedicated to publishing the most significant and cutting-edge research on the nature, underlying causes or impacts of global climate change and its implications for the economy, policy and the world at large. Nature Climate Change publishes original research across the natural and social sciences and strives to synthesize interdisciplinary research.
