JPL Open Repository (JOR)

by Dudee Chiang on 2022-08-05T16:55:47-07:00 in All | 0 Comments

Coming this Fall, the JPL Open Repository (JOR) will replace the existing Technical Report Server (TRS) as the place for non-JPL people to find and retrieve JPL produced scientific and technical information results.  JPL Special Publications (SPs), meeting papers and abstracts, and slide presentations that have been cleared via the Unlimited Release System (URS) can be found on this repository. Published journal papers, after an embargo period as specified by the publisher, can also be found on JOR.  Research data sets, especially those related to journal papers, will also be made available.

The system is built on the Dataverse platform with new features and capabilities. This is a joint project by staff from the JPL Library, the Data Science and Technology Office, and Document Review Group. The team is still finalizing details. Please watch for more announcements in the coming months.
